Smarts Architectural - Alitherm 300/600/800/700

Casement windows and parallel windows which achieve Windows Energy Rating (WER) "A" grade
The Alitherm series of windows offer a range of high quality glazing solutions for side hung, top hung open out and
parallel opening casements, suitable for both the residential and commercial markets.
This versatile range of profiles
can provide many solutions such as traditional casement windows inspired by the elegance and styling of timber products, or
automatic parallel opening commercial windows designed to provide a balanced airflow in multi-storey commercial buildings.
All Alitherm profiles utilise Smart’s innovative polyamide thermal break technology which creates a barrier between
the cold air outside and the warm air inside. This technology significantly reduces thermal transmittance and enhances the
overall U Value of a product.

Reynaers Aluminium - CS 77

CS 77 is a thermally improved three-chamber system for windows and doors
that boasts the optimum combination of safety and comfort. Fibreglass reinforced polyamide strips with ribs and/or hollow
chambers guarantee high thermal insulation levels.

polyamide thermal break technology giving Evolution enhanced thermal performance and maximised sightlines.
Reynaers Aluminium - CS 104
High specification, high
quality, high performance solution for passive construction.
With the CS 104 window and
door system, Reynaers achieves unparalleled insulation values for aluminium profiles in the building industry, introducing
a solution for passive buildings. The high insulation levels, down to an Uf-value of 0.88 W/m²K, are achieved by the
use of a patented insulation technology which contains a special foam, firmly fixed in the chamber of the insulation strip
so that no extra manipulation is required when handling, processing and composing the window and door. A new set of specifically
developed gaskets also assures the high level of the wind and water tightness of the system. After insulation, air tightness
is the most important factor determining the energy efficiency of a window or door.
In
addition to the high insulation values, CS 104 offers extremely high performance when it comes to water tightness. With values
up to 900 Pa for windows and 300 Pa for doors, the system is suitable for extreme conditions such as coastal areas, and can
be applied at extreme heights. The increased built-in depth of the profiles (the vent is 104mm deep) contributes furthermore
to their strength and stability. This gives architects and builders the design benefits of large, expansive surfaces of triple
glazing resulting in innovative, energy-efficient and yet sustainable solutions.
Smarts Architectural - Eco-Futural
Commercial windows and doors designed
for optimum thermal and weather performance.
Designed to comply with revisions to Document L in 2010. All sections
feature Polyamide thermal barriers and are contemporarily styled with square edge profiles. Successfully weather tested to
BS 6375 Part 1.

internally beaded door system
Hung on face applied hinges or concealed swing mounted.
Options for all around rebate or a rebate stop or with flat faced or anti-finger trap hanging stile with single or dual swing
